Booking The Villa
Reservations
Reservations can be made by telephone and will be confirmed when we are in
receipt of your deposit.
Deposits
Deposits are 30% of the total cost, and can be made in person or by credit card
using PayPal. We will send you an email confirming the details and
instructions on how to pay. Unconfirmed bookings will be held for four
days pending receipt of the appropriate payment.
Full payment must be received no less than 8 weeks before your arrival. If we have not received the full payment by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as though it has been cancelled by you, and we will apply our cancellation charges as set out below.
Full payment will be required at the time of booking If you are making a reservation within 8 weeks of commencing your stay with us.

Alterations
If you wish to alter the dates you have booked after we have confirmed your
reservation, we will try to accommodate your wishes providing that the new dates
are available. If the new dates are at a higher rate you will be required
to pay the difference. We will also refund the difference if you have
chosen a cheaper period.
Cancellations
If we have to cancel your accommodation before you arrive due to circumstances
beyond our control, we will refund all monies paid to date in full.
If you have to cancel your booking for any reason, we must be informed in writing or by email signed by the person who made the booking, and cancellation takes effect from the date we receive notice. In these circumstances, we will make a charge that varies depending upon the amount of time left between our receiving the cancellation notice and the start of your stay and these charges are as follows . . .

Insurance
You must have adequate comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of your
stay. We recommend that you arrange this the moment you have made the
booking with us in order to be covered in case of ill health of anyone in your
party. It's your responsibility to ensure your insurance gives adequate
cover and is suitable for your needs.
Last word
Please do feel free to ask any questions you have before you depart for your
stay here. We will try to answer them the best way we can. It is
your responsibility to make sure you have covered everything that may materially
affect your stay at the Villa and you agree by making your final payment that
you are entirely satisfied on all counts.
Very last word
Please note:
We do NOT have a swimming pool. However, the town swimming pool is just
over 5 minutes walk from the Villa and is open during July and August.
It's a bit cold though.
We do not provide cots or equipment for babies and infants.
We do not recommend our accommodation for young children or irresponsible
parents.
We do NOT accept any pets or other animals no matter how small, clean or cuddly.
Each person staying here is responsible for their own safety and wellbeing at
all times.
