Skiing
An hour from Sospel, the ski slopes of Limone Piemonte are open and buzzing in winter. A lovely drive from Sospel to the Valley de la Roya via le Col de Bruis, then the Col de Tende and Limone. It is not an expensive place, very friendly, tuition can be given in English, Italian and French. The village boasts a number of very nice restaurants which should be tried.
